Changes have been made for upcoming 2017 Fair Oaks Recreation and Park District (FORPD) Events. Please read the Vendor Letter 2017 prior to filling out event/festival applications.
Booths are sold in 10′ x 10′ increments. All displays, merchandise, cooking method, equipment, etc. may not exceed your 10′ x 10′ booth. You will be required to purchase TWO (2) 10′ x 10′ booths if any portion of your booth, display, merchandise, cooking method, equipment, etc. does not fit in one (1) 10′ x 10′ booth. Food vendors please consider regulations set by the Sacramento Metro Fire Department in regards to cooking with combustible fuels or fire.
Do not send payment with your application. All payments will be due after vendors have been notified of acceptance into event (check deadlines).
12th Annual Fair Oaks Chicken Festival
As stated in the Vendor Letter 2017, the 12th Annual Fair Oaks Chicken Festival will only be accepting those designated as Mobile Food Facilities (MFF) for our Feed Court.
Vendors Please Note: The Fair Oaks Recreation and Park District has created a Selection Criteria for Vendor Selection. Turning in an application does not guarantee selection for an event. You will be notified after deadline of selection or denial.
