Online Registration Instructions
How to Register
Step 1. Create an account or log on to an existing account.
Step 2. Add participants to your Account that you would like to enroll in programs or camps. Don't forget to include yourself as the Primary Account Holder.
Step 3. On the registration tab above, select an activity that you would like to enroll in - it will be added to your shopping cart. Once you select the activity be sure to select the correct name of the registrant and select the waiver checkbox.
Step 4. Check out items in your Shopping Cart.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
1. Required Forms:
Participation in all FORPD activities is contingent upon completion of certain forms, such as Waiver and Medical forms. The forms required for each activity are noted at the top of the activity detail page for that activity. These forms must be completed by the parent/legal guardian and given to the instructor at the start of the first meeting of each activity. Your child will not be permitted to participate until the necessary forms have been turned in to the instructor.
2. Family Information:
Please enter complete and accurate information for your family when applying for an FORPD online account. Falsifying of information, e.g., family members or ages, will result in being withdrawn from the activity in question, forfeiture of registration fees, and restriction from future online registration.
3. Refunds/Activity Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests and refunds are not available online. To request a refund you must fill out a Refund/Transfer Request form located at the District Office. All refunds are pending approval. Some activities have a "No Refund" policy.
